General Conditions

Members are required to be at least 18 years old to register.

Joining the Service is totally free.  When you become a Member, you agree to provide only complete and accurate information about yourself.  Furthermore, it is your responsibility as a Member to keep your information as accurate and up to date as possible.  This responsibility does not reside with the Owner of the Service.  If the Owner finds that a Member has provided falsified or incomplete information, he reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement without further notice.

Either the Member or the Owner may initiate the termination of this Agreement by sending a written notice of intent.  Once the written notice has been received by the intended party, the Agreement is automatically terminated without any further obligation of any kind from either the Owner or the Member.  Furthermore, the Owner has the right to suspend or terminate the Agreement without notice, if the Member has been found to be in violation of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions as stated in the web site.

A Member assumes full responsibility for his use of the Service.  The Owner does not take any responsibility arising from a Member’s use of the Service.  In order to protect yourself, do not give out your user name or password to anyone else.

All Members agree to the following:

The Service is to be used following all applicable laws and regulations.  It may not be used for anything illegal.

A Member agrees to abide by the Service’s e-mail policy, which does not allow for the sending of junk mail, chain letters, advertisements, solicitations, or any other material that may be considered spam. 

Any content that is copyrighted to another person is not allowed to be posted on the site.  Such content includes, but is not limited to, text, music, video, or photos.  An exception would be if the Member has obtained a written permission expressly allowing him to make use of the mentioned material.

Furthermore, any content that a Member posts on the site is already subject to the use, modification, and distribution by the Owner and other members of the site.  Doing so gives them express permission to make use of the content posted.

A Member’s use of the service is at his own risk.  Any form of interaction between Members is their own responsibility.  The Owner will not be held liable for any harm or damages that may befall Members due to such interaction.  Such harm includes, but is not limited to, emotional, physical, or verbal abuse.

The Service respects the widest range of sensibilities.  As such, we disallow any form of content that may be considered defamatory, slanderous, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal.  The Owner reserves the right to delete such content without any permission from the Member.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account arising from such an issue.

The Service is meant for personal use only.  That is, to find friends and/or dates for an individual.  We do not allow any form of commercial activity on the site.

Personal contact information – either yours or another person’s – is not allowed to be placed publicly on the site.  The Owner has the right to delete such information if found on any portion of the site.  Furthermore, your account may be suspended or terminated due to such postings.

Despite our best efforts to keep the site as clean and decent as possible, it is not far from reality that other unscrupulous individuals may be able to post content that does not abide by our rules of conduct.  As such, you may be inadvertently exposed to such content from time to time.  Rest assured that we are doing our best to keep this from happening.
